Cullison, Woodrow Wilson, 95, Heaven welcomed home a guardian angel on Wednesday, April 24, 2013. Visitation 5-7 pm, Friday, April 26; Services held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 27 both at Baker Funeral Home, 100 S. Cedar, Valley Center, Kansas Graveside will be held at 3:00 p.m., at Dudley Township Cemetery, Satanta, Kansas. He was born in Coffeyville, Kansas to Dell Alfred Cullison and Opal (Cook) Cullison. He loved being a farmer and working construction which included building forms for the Dams. On April 15, 1938 He married Elnora B. Strong. Woodrow served in the U.S. Army and was a World War II Veteran. He received a Purple Heart and Bronze Star. He is preceded in death by his parents Dell and Opal Cullison, siblings Basil Cullison, Imogene Rupert, Wynonna Mayfield, Mardelle Light, Carlyle Cullison, Virginia Davenport and Jack Cullison. He is survived by his wife, Elnora Cullison; daughters, Sharon (Phil) Penner and Karen Hawkins; grandchildren, Galen Penner, Shannon Erdwien, Jodelle Spangler and Austin Meador; 10 great grandchildren; brother, Jim Cullison.
