Windy R. (Vickers) Saveland, 74, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2012. She was born in Wichita, Kansas, to Allen SheBerry Campbell and Dora Elaine (Wilson) Campbell. She attended and graduated from East High School. She was the owner of Windy's South City Rec. She is survived by her sons, Marc Vickers, Larry Vickers, Gary (April) Vickers, all of Wichita, and Jerry Vickers of Sonora, CA; 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; sister, Doris Beason of Wichita; brothers, Jack Campbell of Wichita and Ronald Campbell of Corpus Christi, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Saveland; son, David Vickers; parents Allen and Dora Campbell; brothers, Daniel Campbell and Berry Campbell. Visitation 5-7, Tuesday, November 13; Service, 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 14, both held at Baker Funeral Home, 100 S. Cedar, Valley Center.
