Gresham, Wilma G. (Daniels), 69, better known to all who knew and loved her as "PJ", passed away on Friday, January 9, 2015 in Valley Center, Kansas. She was born May 20, 1945 to Port and Della (Harvey) Daniels of Oceana, West Virginia. She was number eight of ten siblings. Following graduation from Oceana High School in 1963, she visited friends in the Washington D.C. area where she met her life time love, Larry Gresham Sr. There were married June 28, 1963 at Bolling Air Force Base. She worked for the Defense Language Institute when they first got married. While Larry was stationed overseas in Korea during peacetime as a member of the Air Force Military Police, Wilma stayed with Larry's parents in Maize, Kansas. Following Larry's return, they moved to Park City, and in 1974 they moved to Valley Center, Kansas. PJ also worked for Milcon, Claude Federal, as a part time Sedgwick County Sheriff's deputy. She eventually retired from Medical Lodge of Kansas as a business manager. She worked full time following retirement from Medical Lodges, at Walmart for five years as a cashier. She is survived by her husband Larry E. Gresham Sr.; children Serena (Brian) Brummett, and Larry (Dawn) Gresham Jr., all of Valley Center; grandchildren Meghan Huber, Alex Brummett, Gavin Gresham, Aidan Gresham, Nicholas Showalter and Kaitlyn Showalter; sisters Peggy (Paul) Minter of Wichita, Kansas, Connie (Lynn) Stafford of Oceana, West Virginia, Dottie Goodale of N. Berwick, Maine, JoAnn Sohn of Springboro, Ohio, Shirley (David) Workman of Mulberry, Florida; multiple extended family and hundreds of friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Port and Della Daniels, sisters Anna Ruth Richards, Wanda Workman, Helen Hohl and brother Robert "Buddy" Daniels.

Visitation with the family will be held 2-4 p.m., Sunday, January 18 at Baker Funeral Home 100 S. Cedar, Valley Center.
