Wilma (McCandless) Crisp, 91, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2026. Her longing to be reunited with her beloved late husband, Lloyd Crisp, has now been fulfilled.

Wilma carried a feisty and independent spirit throughout her life. She was a talented seamstress who lovingly created many quilts that her family will cherish for generations. She spent countless happy hours at her sewing machine, browsing the internet and Facebook to stay connected with loved ones, and caring for her beloved dog, Angel.

She is survived by her children: Jim (Kathy) Crisp, Karen (Mike) McNamee, and Richard (Sophy) Crisp. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Heather McNamee Rensel, Tonia Groves, Scott (Shonda) Dunlavy, Preston Crisp, Brian Crisp, Nicholas Crisp, Addum Hoeun and Sophearvy Phan; and her great-grandchildren: Casey Groves, Rheya Rensel, and Jax Rensel.

Wilma is also survived by her siblings: Danny, Wanda, Clara, Shirley, Linda, and David.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Crisp; her sister, Glenda; and her parents, Van and Ella McCandless.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 10 at 11:00 a.m. at the Kechi Township Cemetery, Wichita.
