Myers, Virgil LeRoy 'Cowboy Rockin Roy'
, 81, retired Master Pipefitter, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2015. He was born in El Dorado, Kansas to William Myers and Violet May (McClune) Myers. He served and was a U.S. Air Force and Korean War Veteran. On December 4, 1954 he married the love of his life Loreta Ruth (Fisher) Myers. He was a 60 year member of the Local Union 441. Roy is survived by his daughter, Diana Winn of Sedgwick; son, Randy Myers and wife, Tami of Wichita; grandchildren, Stephanie Liby (Jason Engelbrecht), Amy (Kyle) Feikert, Christopher (Amy) Shepherd, Kerri Shepherd (Brent Deviney), Lacy (Ethan) Gaskill, Heath Myers and Seth Myers; great grandchildren, Kyle Nance, Christiana Alcorn, Rayghan Shepherd, Lucas Vandegrift, Qayden Shepherd, Karissa Liby, Logan Vandegrift, Halie Feikert, Lydia Vandegrift, Nicholas Feikert, Austin Feikert, Bryce Feikert and Nash Gaskill; great-great grandchildren Sophia Nance, Kyle Nance Jr., and Jeremiah Nance. He is preceded in death by his wife Loreta Myers, son Ricky A. Myers, daughter Vicki L. Shepherd, son-in-law Steve Shepherd, brothers Frank Myers and Sunny (Bill) Myers, parents William H. Myers, Violet and Cecil Hudson.
