VIRGIL LEE KLASSEN, 77, passed away on Sunday September 13, 2015 at Bethesda Home, Goessel, Kansas. He was born December 19, 1937 to Sam and Hulda (Plett) Klassen at Hillsboro, Kansas. On February 17, 1962 he was married to Barbara Phillips who preceded him on May 24, 2015. Also preceding him in death were his parents and brother Jerry Klassen. He is survived by his son Kevin and wife Marlene Klassen of Goessel, daughter Vanessa and husband Shane Montgomery of Olathe, brother Lloyd Klassen of Hillsboro, 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 6 nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held at Trinity Mennonite Church, 211 Elm St., Hillsboro, Kansas on Saturday Sept. 26th at 11:30am. Baker Funeral Home Valley Center.
