Her career began in 1999 as a firearms examiner at the Georgia Bureau of Investigations until 2004. Later that year, she relocated to Texas and joined the Fort Worth Police Department as a Senior Forensic Scientist, specializing in the Firearm Ballistics Program. She later retired in 2016 but continued to still have a passion for what she did. Throughout her career, Victoria traveled extensively, attending briefings, seminars, lab tours, and manufacturing plants across the country.
