Purkey, Vicky Lynn, 65, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013. She is survived by her other half, C. J. Barber; mother, Juanita Purkey, of Valley Center and her uncle, George (JoAnn) Hutchens of Belle Vista, AR; many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Victor Purkey and aunt, Nellie Fry. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, March 16, at Sedgwick Christian Church, 6th & Franklin, Sedgwick, Kansas. Memorials may be designated to the Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, Ks 67219. Baker Funeral Home, Valley Center.
