Troy Dale Stafford, 55, of Sedgwick, passed away at 6:15 p.m., April 28th, 2019 at St. Francis Hospital, Wichita, Kansas. He was born February 9, 1964, in Wichita, Ks to Donna Deane Peterson and Floyd Earl Stafford. Troy married the love of his life, Amy, on April 10, 2004.

He is survived by his wife Amy K. Stafford and 4 children, Abraham, 20, Raven, 16, Dakota,14, and Crystal Turner, 30. He is also survived by his older sister Debra Donnine Shearer and two God children Nonny, 22, and Dakota, 19, and 5 grandchildren Music, Henry, Melody, Kyler and Elijah.

Troy was a loving father, grandfather, and friend. As a child he was known to bring home all sorts of stray animals and random people to be fed and cared for. He would give the shirt off his back and never hesitated to give his time and attention to those in need. Troy had so much love for horses and dedicated his last years to Equine Therapy for handicapped people and caring for his 3 autistic children. He was preceded in death by his Father.

Celebration of Troy's Life will be held 3:00 p.m., Sunday, May 12th at the Winfield Lake north shore; there will be a potluck barbeque, please bring a side and please rsvp.
