George, Tommy Knox, 83, retired Cessna Avionics Engineer, beloved husband and uncle, passed away on Tuesday, March 27, 2012. He was born in Neodesha, Kansas to Leo Edgar George and Cecil Fay (Knox) George. He served in the United States Army and Air Force. He was a Veteran of the World War II and Korean conflicts. Tommy is survived by his wife, Marilyn George; nieces, Janice George Hollis, Joyce George Screws, Debra Moody and Darla Cook; nephews, Alan Schroeder, Ron Schroeder and Bill Wilson. He is preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Fay George; brothers, William Knox George and Dale Knox George; nephews, Lynn Allan George and Darren Baker; niece, Jan Schroeder; great nephews, Matthew Hollis, Darren Screws and Jesse Moody. Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m., Friday, March 30; Services 10:30 a.m., Saturday, March 31, both at Valley Center Christian Church. Burial following at the Valley Center Memorial Cemetery, 9700 N.
