Smith, Theresa Marie (Perry) , 53, Phlebotomist Medical Tech, beloved and awesome mom, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, passed away Monday, June 1, 2015, after a long and courageous journey. She was a graduate of Andale High School, Andale, Kansas. She is preceded in death by her early loss daughter Gaby, infant nephew Jared Perry and grandmother Marjory Nelson. Theresa is survived by her son Anthony Guice; grandmother Mary Wilnott; mother Patricia Bronson; father Edson Perry; brothers Michael (Melissa) Bronson, Andrew (Judi) Perry; sisters Catherine Perry, Bethann (Ruben) Gutierrez, Rebecca (Bryan) Hempe; many nieces and nephews, Kelsey, Sean, Haley, Seth, Ryleigh, Lonnie, Denise, Hannah, Gracie, Sophia, Brennah and great niece Emersyn; numerous Aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; and all the boys and girls who called her 'Mom'.
