Teresa Ann Rowe , 62, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away on Saturday, April 24, 2021 in Wichita, Kansas.

She was born in Wichita, Kansas to Vincent Paul Donigan and Marilyn Jo Foltz. Teresa attended school in Valley Center. She loved Arkansas and spent the majority of her life there. Teresa also lived in South Texas and North Dakota for a few years of her life. She enjoyed gardening, antiquing, and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandsons Ethen, Jacob, and ExZavier. Teresa was a fun, loving person and enjoyed making others laugh.

She was preceded in death by her husband James Edward Rowe and daughter Jennifer (Black) Tucker.

Teresa is survived by her father Paul Donigan and wife Rosie, mother Marilyn (Foltz) Whisenhant and husband Larry; daughters JoAnna (Titus) Dunigan, and Aubree Foshee; grandchildren Ethen Lingo, Jacob Tucker and ExZavier Dunigan; sisters Paula (Donigan) Roberts and husband Steve, Marilou Donigan; many other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, April 29th, 2021 in at Baker Funeral Home Valley Center, Kansas.
