McVicar, Teresa "Tere", 63, Collins Aviation receiving clerk, passed away Monday, August 26, 2013. She was born in Newton, Kansas to Eugene G. and Janice (McGinn) McVicar. Tere was a graduate of Sedgwick High School. She was an excellent cook, loved sewing and her family. She is survived by her sons Tom (Christine) Riley of Issaquah, WA and Scott (Angie) Hix of Bentley; grandchildren Zachary Hix, Zayne Hix, Jessica Hix; great grandchild Axel Hix; parents Eugene and Janice McVicar; brother Tom (Cindy) McVicar; sisters Janene (Dennis) Schroeder of Fall River, Gayle McVicar of Sedgwick, Jodie Wallace of Sedgwick, Lori (Terry) Kingsley of Valley Center, Elaine (Billy) McDaniel of Wichita, Sharon (Dan) George of Wichita; many nieces and nephews.
