Villarreal, Susie (Ortega), 84, retired billing secretary for Plyd Mcnatics and homemaker, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013. Susie was born in Harlingen, Texas to Frank and Alta Grace (Coronza) Ortega. She attended the Harlingen grade schools and graduated from Santa Barbara High School, Santa Barbara, California. She was a member of First Mexican Baptist Church, Santa Barbara, California. She was united in marriage to Samuel D. Villarreal. He preceded her in death on March 21, 2002. She was also preceded by her daughter-in-law Twana Villarreal, parents, brothers Silver Ortega and Robert "Bobby" Ortega, and sister Paulene. Susie is survived by her sons, Samuel Villarreal of McPherson, Kansas and Paul Villarreal of Phoenix, Arizona; grandchildren Jettie Lynn (Nathan) Richardson of Odessa, Missouri, Samuel Troy Villarreal of Kansas City, Missouri, Karen Villarreal, Stephen Villarreal, Suzie Villarreal and Mirisia Villarreal all of Phoenix, Arizona; great grandchildren, Ethan, Alyssa and Cage; brothers, Tony (Jennie) Ortega of Las Vegas, Nevada and Adam (Carol) Ortega of Calif. and sisters, Frances Elisarraras of Wellington, Nevada, Carmon Elisarraras of Paso Robles, Calif. and Connie Castelan of Oxnard, Calif. A Celebration of Life Service and graveside service will be held at Santa Barbara Cemetery, Santa Barbara, California. Baker Funeral Home, 100 S. Cedar, Valley Center, Kansas.
