PARK CITY, KANSAS
SHIRLEY ANN (CROWE) SCHENK
, 82, passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2018. She was born in Ashland, Clark County, Kansas to Terry Bruce Crowe and Olivia Emma (Ochs) Crowe. On June 6, 1954 in Coldwater, Kansas she married Rex Wayne Schenk. Shirley was a homemaker and a Dental Assistant for Dr. Dana Bibler in Park City. Shirley enjoyed reading, sewing, playing bridge and Red Hat activities. She loved to shop and taught her four daughters to do it well. She enjoyed her life as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, co-worker and friend. Above all else, she loved her family and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Shirley was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her daughters Brenda (Ron) Vague, Rhonda (John) Morris, Melinda Maes and Leanda (Mark) Weaver; grandchildren Alana Vague, Aaron Vague (Jessica Allen), Olivia Morris, Elizabeth Morris, Brian (Libby) Morris, Sarah Morris, Katie Morris, Joshua Maes, Jennifer (Matt) Vance, Collin Weaver, and Kennedy Weaver; great grandchildren Adela Vance, Ellie Vance, Theo Morris and Jude Morris; sister Lucille Davis; many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Rex and sister Velma Sanders. Service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 9, at the First United Methodist Church, 560 N. Park, Valley Center, Kansas. Memorials to honor Shirley may be designated to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita, Ks 67202. Condolences may be left for the family at bakerfhvc.com
