RUSSELL LEWIS MAXWELL, 73, Beech-Raytheon retired punch press operator, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2016. He was born in Caldwell, Kansas to Leonard E. and Orna LaVerna (Schaffer) Maxwell. He was a U.S. Army and Vietnam War Veteran. Celebration of Life Service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 5, at Grace Church of Nazerene, 1024 W. 53rd St. N., Wichita, Kansas.
