ROY  EUGENE  STRIBLING , passed away on Saturday, April 20 ^th at the age of 83. He was born in Joplin, Missouri but moved to the Wichita area when he was 15. He is preceded in death by his parents Perl Martin Stribling & Grace (Daugherty) Stribling O'Dell, brothers Stephen Stribling, Bill Stribling and Bob O'Dell, sisters Betty Anderson and Frances Coates.  Roy is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Doris Stribling; loving father of Steve Stribling (Michelle), Dianna Schuessler (Lanny) and Brad Stribling (Donna); proud grandpa of Tyler, Derek, Brittany, Chelsey, Madison, Luke, Morgan, Landon, Logan and Dottie, great-grandpa of Brady and Grayson; twin brother Ray Stribling and sister Dorothy Zumwalt. He proudly served in the United States Navy. His greatest joy was spending time with his family helping with home projects, hiking, fishing, looking for Native American artifacts, and just exploring the great outdoors.

Visitation with family will be 5-7 pm, Tuesday, April 23 at Faith Church. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 24 at Faith Church, 325 N. Emporia, Valley Center, Kansas with Al Schuessler officiating.
