RONALD ALAN MOTT, 78, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 25, 2016. He was born in Moline, Illinois to Edgar L. and Daisy Alma (Haskins) Mott. He was a retired Collins Avionics Technician. Ron had a lifelong love of photography, water color painting, hunting, fishing, Ham Radio operator and model airplane enthusiast. He loved and treasured spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife Oleta Mott; children Stoney (Karen) Mott of Goddard, Angie (Joe) Nguyen-Beranek of Lincoln, Nebraska and Tina (Jeff) Tracy of Valley Center; 14 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; sister Janet (Earl) Moody of Andover; many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his brother Gary Mott, parents Edgar and Daisy Mott. Family A Celebration of His Life Service will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 1, at the home of his daughter, 3059 E. Fifth, Valley Center, Kansas.
