Ron E Killinger, 87, passed away on Tuesday, September 07, 2021 at home in Wichita, Kansas.

He was born in Wolbach, Nebraska to Elmer and Ruby (Wayt) Killinger. He met and married Shirley Shriver New's Year's Eve 1955 in Hastings, Nebraska. Served in the US Army as a Helicopter Mechanic from 1952, with Honorable discharge July 1962.

Ron and Shirley moved to Wichita, Kansas in 1956 and began their family; daughter Vicky (Gooch) and son Gayle were born. Ron worked for Loper Electric for several years before starting his own business in 1972, Quality Electric.

He is preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Ruby (Wayt) Killinger, his sister Diane Meisenbaugh and wife Shirley (Shriver) Killinger.

Ron is survived by his children, Vicky (Daryl) Gooch and Gayle (Susan) Killinger; grandchildren, Ronald (Kara) Killinger, Angela (Adam) Kramsky and Cody (Heidi) Gooch; multiple great-grandchildren; sisters, Nadine Hunnicutt, Rosemary Christie and Darlene Potter; brothers, Lauren and Gary Killinger.

Ron wished to have a small service with family to be held Thursday, September 16, 1 pm at the Park City Nazarene Church, Park City, Kansas. Graveside at Kechi Township Cemetery.
