ROBERT ERNEST VAN PELT, 60, Walmart Shipping & Receiving Associate Manager, passed away on October 29, 2015 in McPherson, Kansas. He was born in Toledo, Ohio to Robert L. and Ruth Marie (Booth) Van Pelt. He served in the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam War Era Veteran. He is survived by his wife Carla Van Pelt; children Robert Van Pelt of McPherson, Tiffany of McPherson and Nyssa Van Pelt of Wichita; 6 grandchildren; brothers Ross Van Pelt of Salina, Randy Van Pelt of Luna Pier, Michigan and Russell Korch of Dodge City, Kansas; many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents. Services will be held by the family. Baker Funeral Home Valley Center has charge. Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com
