PRATT, KANSAS
ROBERT THERON SMITH 'SONNY', 76, passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at home in Pratt, Kansas, after an illness. He was born in Ozark County, Missouri to the late Robert William Smith and Jeanette Lorene (Sanders) Smith. He was raised and attended school in Stafford, Kansas, yet most of his life lived in and around Stafford, Reno and Pratt Counties. He is survived by his daughters Valerie Rider of Neosho, Missouri, Angela Holek of West Plains, Missouri; sons Shannon Smith of West Plains, Missouri, Kevin Smith of Hutchinson, Kansas and Ted Caudill of Jay, Oklahoma; sister Shelly Brock of Galena, Kansas; 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, sister Jolene Knoche Heape and grandson Travis Ryan Smith. Memorials may be designated in his memory to Lake City Methodist Church, General Delivery, Lake City, Ks 67071. Private Family Services. Baker Funeral Home Valley Center are handling arrangements.
