Robert Lee Browning, passed away on November 7, 2016. He was born in Omaha, Nebraska to Ira Perry Browning and Virginia Mae (Huddleston) Browning. A Celebration of Life Service will be held from 2-6 p.m. on Saturday, November 19, at 16 E. Apache Drive, Park City, Kansas. Baker Funeral Home Valley Center has charge.
