Haley, Robert "Bob", 81, retired Cattle Buyer and Cattleman, passed away Monday, January 28, 2013. He was born to Frank James Haley and Wilda Ellsworth (Spellman) Haley. He was a graduate of Valley Center High School. Bob served in the U.S. Army and was a Veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Ann Haley; children, Debra Haley of Durant, OK, Frank (Donna) Haley of El Dorado, and Robert (Cindy) Haley, Jr. of Valley Center; grandsons, Dalton Haley and Ethan Haley; many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Wilda Haley; brother H. J. "Bud" Haley; sisters, Reba Jewell Lewis and Frankie Lee Morris. Visitation 5-7 p.m., Thursday, January 31 at Baker Funeral Home, Valley Center. Service 2 p.m., Friday, February 1, at Northside Bible Chapel, 4510 E. 61st N., Kechi, Ks.
