Robert Edward Chrislip, 84, retired carpet installer, passed away, Saturday, May 3, 2014. He was born in Manning, Kansas to Hartsil John Chrislip and Charlotte Jane (France) Chrislip. He is survived by his wife Janis Chrislip; children, Richard (Joyce) Chrislip of Wichita, Michael Chrislip of McPherson, Marsha (Wade) Adams of Bel Aire and Krista (Richard) George of Galva; 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; brother Roger (Patty) Chrislip of Augusta and sister Joyce (Delbert) Thiessen of Hutchinson; many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Clayton Chrislip and great grandson Finley Chrislip. Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, May 18 at the First Christian Church, 101 S. Walnut, McPherson, Ks. Memorials may be designated to the First Christian Church, 101 S.
