Owens, Luther "Richard", 66, retired Mel Hamilton Ford Auto Mechanic, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2012. He was born in Newport, Tennessee to Robert and Martha Owens. He is survived by his wife, Sue; children, Connie Owens of Wichita, and Richard (Katherine) Owens, Jr of Wichita; daughter-in-law, Crystal Owens of Valley Center; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, Hank Owens, and his parents, Robert and Martha Owens. No Service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family.
