Obituary

Richard "Rick" Douglas Bell passed away at his Sedgwick Kansas home on Monday, September 26, 2022 .
A Memorial Celebration of his life will be held at 2 pm on Nov. 5, 2022 at Park City Baptist Church, 1301 E. 61st St. N. in Park City, Kansas.

Mr. Bell was born on October 5, 1953 in Wichita, Kansas to Jason and Margaret Kiger. He was adopted by Lawerance O. Bell and Laura E. Bell in 1956. Rick married his wife Elsie M. Baxter on September 14, 2017 .
He was preceded in death by his parents Lawerance O. Douglas and Laura Bell, sister Shirley (Daniel) Czycowski and brother Larry Bell.
Rick is survived by his wife Elsie Bell of Sedgwick, Ks, sister Linda (Leroy) Kirkpatric, sister-in-law Connie (Bell) Gilliam, sister Elaine Davis of Paola, Ks, sister Virginia Reinhardt of Missouri.
He has worked as an Auto technician for GMC and owned many auto shops, the last shop in Sedgwick Ks. He loved racing gassers, attending church, serving his Lord Jesus Christ by preaching and teaching Sunday School and witnessing the painful truth for his Lord.
