Lowe, Raymond Lee, 69, L and L Enterprises co-owner, passed away Friday, October 7, 2011. He was born in Valley Center, Kansas to Floyd Lowe and Gertrude Leila (Cotton) Lowe. On October 9, 1975, at the Valley Center Christian Church he married Betty Mae (Sparks) Lowe. He is survived by his sons, Kelly (Theresa) Lowe of Everett, WA, William (Millie) Ekstrom of Valley Center, Ronald (Dee) Ekstrom of Sedgwick; grandchildren, Krystin Lowe of Wichita, Dalton Lowe, of Everett, WA, Kylie Lowe of Everett, WA, Jenna (Tristan) Snyder of Sedgwick, Chase Ekstrom of Sedgwick. He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Mae Lowe; son, Doug Lowe; sisters, Mildred Cassel and Joy Lowe; and parents, Floyd and Gertrude Lowe. Service 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 13 at Valley Center Christian Church, 1801 E. Fifth, Valley Center. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to Good Shepherd Hospice, 439 N.
