Marler
March 5, 1951 – July 23, 2025
Randall P. Marler, 74, of Sedgwick, Kansas, passed away on Wednesday, July, 23,2025. He was born in Borger, Texas, to Norman O. Marler and Geraldine Kinney. Randall grew up in Panhandle, Texas, where he was a graduate of Panhandle High School. After nearly 40 years of dedicated service, Randall retired from Westar.
Randall was first and foremost a family man, deeply proud of the large, close-knit family he and his wife of 54 years, Paula, built together. He enjoyed bringing everyone together for holidays, creating lasting memories.
Randall enjoyed fishing, hunting, antiques and car shows. He was also a devoted Kansas City Chiefs fan, always excited to cheer them on during the season. He was known for his wild and larger-than-life stories. Randall was always ready with a helping hand when needed.
Randall leaves behind his wife, Paula; his five children, Heather, Christy, Marissa, Aaron, and Elizabeth; 19 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Randall will be deeply missed. May his stories continue to bring smiles to the faces of those who knew him.
A private family gathering will be held to celebrate his life.
