Rachel Dawn Harrod, 36, gained her heavenly wings on Thursday, July 30, 2026.  She was the daughter of Dallas Wade Harrod and Donna Elizabeth (McNeely) Harrod. She was a 2009 graduate of Halstead High School, then went on to be a CNA where she assisted and helped care for people.

She had so many things she enjoyed but the ultimate was spending time with family and friends, especially going camping and fishing.  Her other joys were the love of dolphins, tatoos, reading, crocheting and diamond art to name a few.

She is preceded by her parents, grandparents Elizabeth and Gable Harrod; cousin Sam Kroulik, aunt Eveluyn Harrod, Uncle Marty Harrod .

Rachel is survived by her brothers Justin & Chelsie of Newton, Joshua & Melissa of Sedgwick, her sister Nikki Harrod of Great Bend, uncle Fred Martin, uncle Robert & Robin; nieces, many cousins, other family and friends.

A private Celebration of her Life will be held.
