Peter Martinez, 47,  passed away at his home on Sunday, March 9, 2025. He was born Saturday, May 7, 1977, to Ramon Martinez and Julia Mendoza. Peter was a long time resident in McPherson, Kansas and a graduate of McPherson High School.

He is preceded by his parents, his siblings: Juan Guadalupe, Humberto, Sebastian, Jessie, Raymond Martinez and sister Genevivea Martinez.

Peter is survived by his brothers: Joe (Irma) Martinez, Martin Martinez, Tony Martinez, Fidencio Martinez; sisters: Julia (Jesus) Hernadez, Irene Perez, Marylou Martinez, Rosa (Carlos) Melendez, Mary Helen (Celia) Velaguez, Janie Martinez, Guadulupe (Abi) Cruz, Gloria (Rafeal) Melendez, and Hope (Jesus) Pantoja; many nephews, nieces, other family and friends.

Peter loved his movie collection and cabbage patch dolls. He was kind and special to so many people. He will be greatly missed.
