WICHITA

Turney, Percy Malcum, 76 , retired City of Wichita Park and Recreation after 33 yrs of service, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2015. He was born in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma to Jesse Malcum Turney and Nora Adline (Sheffield) Turney. Percy is survived by his wife Patricia Turney; children Craig Turney, Kevin (Deborah) Turney and Becky (Shawn) Martin, all of Wichita; grandchildren Misty Turney, Crystal Turney and Kyle Turney; 7 great grandchildren; sister Lois Walton, sister-in-laws Faye Turney and Mary Turney, all of Carnegie, Oklahoma; brother-in-law Jim Brewer of Rush Springs, Oklahoma; many other family and friends. He is preceded by his parents Jesse and Nora Turney, sisters Wanda Gillies and Juanita Brewer, brothers Homer Turney, Leon Turney and James Turney.
