Billings, Paul Ray, 81, retired Cessna Aircraft and Cinch Manufacturing Toolmaker and Machinist, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013. He was born in Pitcher, Oklahoma to Frank H. Billings and Pauline (Treywick) Billings. He graduated from Miami High School, Miami, Oklahoma. He married Alma Roland on August 17, 1953. He is survived by his wife Alma Billings of the home; daughter Cathi (Jon) Rush of Goddard; grandchildren Kelli (Joe) Uhde of Wichita, Jill (Matt) Smith of Wichita, Stacie (Nick) Wert of Wichita, and Nick (Sarah) Rush of Chicago; great grandchildren, Addison, Alexa, Trentin, Bailey, Adrian, Evan, Lucas, Brenden and Dylan; sister Jeannette McGhee of Joplin, MO; many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Frank H. and Pauline Billings, sister Joan Morrison and brother Frank Billings. Visitation 12-1 p.m. and Services 1:00 p.m., Monday, July 22, both will be held at Baker Funeral Home, 100 S. Cedar, Valley Center; burial following at Kechi Township Cemetery, 6523 N.
