Patricia Lane (Keene) Turney, age 80, of Wichita, Kansas passed away at home on Thursday, November 30, 2023.  She was born in Yellville, Arkansas to Salitus and Lillian (Timm) Keene on April 23, 1943.

Pat graduated from Howard High School on May 26, 1960.  Shortly after, she married the love of her life Percy Turney on July 7, 1961 in Howard, Kansas.  They moved to Wichita and began their long life together having three children.  She attended Wichita Practical Nursing School earning her LPN license July 20, 1970 beginning a lengthy career with both Wesley Hospital in Wichita, Kansas and Bass Hospital in Enid, Oklahoma.  She loved watching Kansas City Royals baseball, enjoyed playing bingo, crocheting, cross stitch, and puzzles. Her greatest love and joy was her family.

Preceded in death by her husband, parents, and six siblings.

Pat is survived by her children Craig Turney, Kevin (Deborah) Turney, and Becky (Shawn) Martin all of Wichita; grandchildren Misty Turney of Enid, OK, Crystal Turney, and Kyle Turney both of Wichita, seven great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.

Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 7 at Baker Funeral Home, 100 S. Cedar, Valley Center, Kansas.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com
