Haas, Oren "Big O" Lloyd , 81, retired Beech Aircraft Assembler and 81 Speedway Race car driver, passed away on Tuesday, February 24, 2015. He was born in Ramona, Kansas to Harry Henry Haas and Juanita Francis (Rindt) Haas. He was a graduate of Ramona High School, Ramona, Kansas. On August 28, 1955, he married the love of his life, Shirley L. Bullock. He worked at Beech Aircraft as a sheet metal assembler. "Big O" loved racing and cars so much, he lived across from 81 Speedway, often racing his car number "93". He won 7 championships and was a member of the 81 Speedway Hall of Fame. He is survived by his children, Luann (Bill) Banning of Derby, Denise (Larry) Tullos of Derby, Gary (Karen) Haas of Valley Center; grandchildren, Jeremy (Sandy) Massey, Brandon Massey, Nicholas Tullos, Bailee Tullos and Brianna Haas; brother-in-law Robert Bullock of Derby; many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife Shirley Haas, sister Janice Engel, parents Harry and Juanita Haas. Services 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 2 at Baker Funeral Home, 100 S.
