Watkins, Oleta "Gail" (Schlicher), 81, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2012. She was born in Artesia, California, to Charles Rudolph Schlicher and Sylvia Opal (Moody) Schlicher. She was a Piper plane pilot and loved flying. She also loved and devoted herself to her family. Gail is survived by her son, Chris (Karen) Watkins; daughter, Melody Moore; grandchildren, Ashley Campbell, Matthew Watkins, Nathaniel Watkins, Keira Shai Watkins and Tamara Flanagan; great grandchildren, Keegan Flanagan, Kiara Flanagan, Kiley Flanagan and Fayeth Campbell; sister-in-law, Muriel Schlicher; brother-in-law, Alva Boyer; many family and friends . She is preceded in death by her son Marvin Moore, parents, brothers Charles Schlicher and James Schlicher, and sister Juanita Boyer.
