Nancy Pickert, age 72, passed away with family at her side Friday, February 21, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital in Wichita.  She was born January 11, 1953, to Clyde Alfred and Edna Mae Malcom.  Nancy was a loving daughter, sister, mother, friend, grandmother and great-grandmother.  Nancy graduated from Heights High School in 1971 and married Lewis Thomas the same year, together they had their son, Brian Thomas.  She later married David Pickert in 1987.  Nancy enjoyed puzzles, different crafts, and was an avid reader. She attended Indian Hills Church in Wichita.

Nancy is survived by her stepsons, Dave (Gwen), Greg (Angie); brother, Larry Malcom (Karen); grandchildren, Preston, Tyler, Dawson, Chandler (Shannon), Lauren and great-granddaughter Riley; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Nancy is preceded in death by her son, Brian Thomas; husband David; stepdaughter Alicia; her parents Clyde Alfred and Edna Mae Malcom; brothers Russell, Harvey, and Floyd.

There will be a family burial at a later date
