Mildred Naomi (Walker) Rowell, 80, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022. She was born in Wichita, Kansas to Homer and Zola May (Cochenour) Walker.  She attended Wichita schools and was a graduate of North High School.  On Febuary 1, 1960 in Wichita, Kansas she married the love of her life Bobby Dale Rowell.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Bobby, sister-in-laws Betty Cave and Wanda Martin.

She was a wonderful wife, mom, grandma, and friend.  Mildred loved doing yardwork and gardening. Another great love was of animals including her kitty cats, dogs, rabbits and parrot 'Mira'.  Her favorite times were spent with her family.

Mildred is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Laurenda and Rodney Miller; grandson Kenneth Miller and great granddaughter Elizabeth Miller; other family and friends.

Visitation with family will be held 4-6 pm, Thursday, August 25, 2022. A Graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 26 at the Kechi Township Cemetery, 6523 N. Hillside, Wichita, Kansas.
