MILDRED ELOISE (CHALLIS) GRIER "MILLIE"

88, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2016. She was born to Virgil Burtis Challis and Ruby Lee (Walker) Challis. She worked as an Aviation Instruments Inspector and Durham & First Student Bus Aide and dispatcher. She enjoyed her family and spending time with them. She is survived by her son Gene Blythe of Park City, and daughter Jo Ann (Dave) Anderson of Arlington, Washington; grandchildren Ciera (Evan) Soriano and Cory Blythe; great grandchildren Daniel Soriano and Eric Soriano; brother Jerry (Ann) Challis of Colorado; many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband John Henry Grier, two sisters and one brother. Services will be held 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 19, at Central Christian Church, 2900 N. Rock Rd, Wichita. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in her memory be made to your favorite pet rescue charity. Baker Funeral Home Valley Center is handling arrangements.
