Michael Dean Cook, 65 passed away on September 12, 2020 in Wichita, Kansas. He was a resident of Valley Center, Kansas. He graduated from West high school in 1973. After graduation he started working at Coleman where he met his wife Sharon Louise Callison, Together they had two daughters Heather and Sarah. Later in life he married Noreen Kadramas, together they had a son Jeremy. Eventually he went and worked at Swiss Burger Brand Meat Company where he worked at for over 30 years as a butcher.

He was a strong man who battled anything that came his way. He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing with his kids and grandchildren, working on cars, singing, songwriting, telling jokes and karaoke.  He could build or fix almost anything and if he couldn't fix it he would make a "Doohickey" that could.  After the birth of his children, his happiest day was watching the chiefs win the super bowl.  He loved nothing more than spending time with his family.

Preceded in death by his Father Gerald Dean and siblings Richie, David and Pamela.

Mike is survived by his mother, Roberta; children: Sarah (and James) Gordon, Heather Herrera and (Billy Pennington) and Jeremy Cook;  grandchildren: Samantha, Taliea, Elena, Jimmy, Sophia, Brendan and Jaxon; and great granddaughter Aria; siblings: Karen (and Russell) Peacock, Kathy(and Kirt) Underwood, and Shawn Stout; fur grandbabies Penny, Kosmo, Sadie and Stella; a multitude of nieces, nephews, family and friends who he loved dearly.

Celebration of life Service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 19th, 2020 at Douglas Avenue Assembly of God at 4501 W. Douglas Wichita KS.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com
