MARY ALICE (SPELTS) TATE, 76, died June 5, 2015, in Bentley. She was born in Wichita, to Carlyn and Mary May (Lee) Spelts. She is survived by her children, Mike and wife Judy Tate of Wichita, Debra and husband Brian Matlack of Burrton, Bill and wife Nancy Tate of Park City, Connie O'Reilly of Wichita, Donnie Tate of Valley Center, Ron and wife Cheryl Tate of Udall, Harry and wife Peggy Tate of Bentley, Garry and wife Jeanette of Wichita; 24 grandchildren, Nancy, Doug, Don, Wayne, Wesley, Shawn, Felicia, Joe, Kim, Brad, Lori, Ashley, Nathan, Andrew, Audrey, Houston, Gavin, Dalton, Carson, Garry Jr., Brandon, Mason, Blake and Jessica; 36 great grandchildren; brother, Jackie Blackwell of Wichita; sister-in-law Elizabeth Spelts, aunt Iris Lee of Salina. She was preceded in death by husband Donald Dean Tate, daughter Dawn Crum, grandson Dan Matlack, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. A private family service is planned.
