MARK WAYNE MCVAY , 61, of Wichita passed away on July 24, 2016. He was a former security guard at the Wichita Public Library. He was born in Salina, KS, to Robert Wayne and Wyona Edith (Woods) McVay. He was preceded in death by daughter: MarRita Rose Aldava, father: Robert Wayne McVay and sister: Melody Kay McVay. Survivors include children Steven (Jill) Wilson of Kingsport, TN., Ruby (Monty) Metcalf of Wichita, Carleen (Larry) Casad of Park City., Kenneth (LaDonna) Wilson of Wichita , Juanita Hooser and Shannon Hendrix of Wichita; grandchildren: Dawn, Murray, Cory, April, John (JP), Sonya, Jerod, Kelsey, Montesa, Daniel, Brock, Kati, Jennifer, Cody, Caleb; 23 great-grandchildren; sisters Marcia McVay, Mary (Tony) Ellis, Mona Webb all of Catoosa, OK. Uncle Dale Woods of Wichita KS.

Graveside service will be held at Resurrection Cemetery on Friday, Aug 5, at 1:00 pm. Lunch gathering will be at St. Francis of Assis for family and friends before the service at 11:30 am. Baker Funeral Home Valley Center. Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com
