Obituary

WICHITA, KS Bazil, M. Maxwell, 96, retired Coleman Company Tool Maker, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2014. He was born in rural Burlington, Kansas to Frank D. Bazil and Ruth McKinley (James) Bazil. Max was a Master Tool maker for 38 years. He is survived by his children, Judy (Jerry) Decker of Park City, Jerry (Coleen) Bazil of Mansfield, TX, Jacquelyn (Tom) Monk of Wichita, Danny Flores of Wichita; 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 24 great-great grandchildren. Max is preceded in death by his first wife of 40 years, Betty, and second wife of 33 years, Geneva Snyder, his daughter Janet Florez, brother Duane "Dutch" Bazil and his parents. Memorials may be designated to the First Church of the Brethren Heifer Project, 1103 N. Jefferson, Wichita, Kansas 67203. Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 15 at First Church of the Brethren, 1103 N. Jefferson, Wichita. Baker Funeral Home, Valley Center, Kansas has charge.
