LUCILLE  (SCHIFFELBEIN) FRANKS , 78, of Wichita, passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018 in Wichita, Kansas.  She was born in Topeka, Kansas to John and Barbara Ann (Puhl) Schiffelbein. She was raised in Topeka where she attended school and was a graduate of Sacred Heart Catholic School. She married Larry Albert Franks, January 3, 1959. She is survived by her children June (Barry) Schurr, L. Scott (Kathy) Franks and Steven (Lori) Franks; grandchildren Haley (Chris) Sewell, Sarah (Brian) Chambers, Melissa Franks and Matthew Schurr; great grandchildren Sophia, Sylvia and Elliana; brothers Charlie (Bobbi Kay) Schiffelbein and Jimmy Schiffelbein; sister-in-laws June Schiffelbein and Janice Franks, brother-in-law Dannie (Kathy) Franks; many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Larry Franks, son Brian Franks and parents. Memorials may be designated in her memory to The Lord's Diner, 520 N. Broadway, Wichita, Ks 67214 and St. Francis of Assisi, 861 N. Socora, Wichita, Ks 67212. Services: Rosary 9:30 am, Mass 10:00 am, both, Friday, June 1, held at St. Francis of Assisi, 861 N.
