Obituary

Loyal Lee Grandstaff , 61, passed away on September 9, 2020 in Wichita, Kansas. He was born in Wichita, KS to Loyal Leroy and Mary Lou (Estes) Grandstaff. He was a lifelong resident of Wichita, where he attended North High School. After graduation, he became a plumber and worked with his father. Eventually, he started his own business, Aim Plumbing, which he had for 18 years.  He later went to work for the City of Wichita as a plumbing inspector and retired after 12 years. He had a great impact on Wichita's plumbing community. He was a strong man of God and enjoyed sharing his faith through music. He enjoyed being outdoors, including hunting, fishing, and camping. He could build or fix almost anything that he touched. He loved nothing more than spending time with his family. He never knew a stranger and would give anyone he met the shirt off his back. He had a heart of gold.

Preceded in death by his father Loyal Leroy Grandstaff and sister Ruth Ann Grandstaff.

Lee is survived by his wife Patricia Grandstaff; children Crystal (and Michael) Johnson, Loyal Wesley (and Melissa) Grandstaff, David (and Sarah) Grandstaff; grandchildren Emma, Hailey, Mikey, CayLee, Kyler, Madilynn, Breckin, Elijah, and Phoebe; mother Mary Lou Grandstaff; sisters Belinda Grandstaff, Wanda Evans, Carol (and Juan) Moreno; and a multitude of family and friends.

Services will be held Tuesday September 15 th . The visitation will be at 1pm and the church service will be at 2pm at Central Community Church, 6100 W. Maple, Wichita, Kansas. The graveside service will be held at Green Valley Cemetery 14500 E. 109th St. N. (Furley), Valley Center, following the church service.
