LORI  ANN  (CRUSINBERRY)  COX , 57, beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2019.  She was born in Wichita, Kansas to John W. and Ruth Ann (Hoffine) Crusinberry. She was raised in the Wichita - Valley Center area.

She is preceded by her father John Wilson Crusinberry, Jr.; grandparents, John W. & Edna May Crusinberry, Claus L. & Orpha D. Hoffine, and Victor & Ester Bolton.

Lori is survived by her daughters Laci Ann Cox of Wichita and Tiffany Brown of Leavenworth; parents Ruth Ann & Gary Bolton of Maize; sisters Jodi Crusinberry of Leavenworth and Tami Johnson of Wichita; brothers Jared Shaw of Valley Center and Kevin (Kim) Shaw of Wichita; many other family and friends.

Visitation with family will be 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, November 7; and Service at 10 a.m. Friday, November 8, both at Baker Funeral Home Chapel in Valley Center.  Graveside will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Belmont, Kansas. Memorials may be made to Kansas Masonic Home Good Deed Fund, Wichita, Kansas.
