LLOYD  DALE  OWEN of Park City, Kansas, age 84, passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 in Whitewater, Kansas. He was born in Utopia, Greenwood County, Kansas to Carl Victor Owen, Sr. and Minnie Edna (Buffington) Owen. He was raised in the Janesville and Hamilton, Kansas areas. After graduation he joined the National Guard during the Korean War Era. Upon returning, in Eureka, Kansas he married the love of his life, Edith Rufina (Cox) Owen. He worked for and retired from Boeing Aircraft as a big machine Mechanic. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Edith Owen, sons Kevin Ray Owen and Brian Lee Owen. He is survived by his daughter Doris M. Owen, son Alan D. Owen, granddaughters Jolena M Pierson, Deanna L. Dreiling and Theresa L. Cowan, eight great grandchildren, many other family and friends.
