LINDA LOU (MINGUS) ROBINSON - 'LIN' , 69, passed away on Monday, January 2, 2017. She was born Perryton, Texas to Byron R. and Louise (Thiesen) Mingus. She was a graduate of Higgins High School and attended West Texas State University. Lin worked in data processing and was a book editor. One of her greatest loves was playing her Dulcimer and being active in the Walnut Valley Bluegrass Festivals. She married the love of her life, John A. Robinson, who also shared her love for music. Lin is survived by her grandson Cody (Amber) Bonn, 2 great granddaughters; brother J.B. (Covett) Mingus; stepson, John M. Robinson, stepdaughter, Jean Robison; step grandchildren Andy (Amy) Phelps (their sons Stephan and Grayson), Ben (Chris), Ben (Jessica), Jack, Alexandria, Emily (Theodore), Chris, Eyzic and Ivan; many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her son Sam McClelland, husband John Robinson, and 3 brothers. Private Family services.
