WICHITA

Lesly Ann (Haynes) McGinley, 79, passed away, Thursday, June 12, 2014. She was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania to Rexford Isaac Haynes and Elda Rae (Thompson) Haynes. They preceded her in death as well as her elder siblings Marion, Robert and Carl, her husband Lloyd McGinley and her son-in-law Christopher DeVore. She was a graduate of East High School, Wichita, Kansas. Lesly was a devoted stay-at-home mother, an active member of Ascension Lutheran Church, and had a lifelong passion for quilting and ceramics. She is survived by her daughter Sharon DeVore; son Jared (Becky) McGinley; and five grandsons, Shawn (Trisha) DeVore of Valley Center, Jeremy DeVore of Wichita, Justin, Cameron and Noah McGinley, all of Wichita; great grandson Parker Schmidt of Valley Center; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
