Obituary

Lee I. Caster, Jr., 91, passed away peacefully at home on March 27, 2019. He was born January 25, 1928, in Wichita, Kansas to Lee and Faye (Heflin) Caster, who precedes him.  Also preceded by his loving wife of 64 years Virginia in 2012,  his brother Ralph Caster and Laveta of Arizona

He was known as 'Daddy' to his children: Teresa Caster of College Station, TX,  Cynthia (who preceded him), Amy & Mark Michaelis of Valley Center, KS, Mark & Faye Caster of Chambersburg, PA.  He was 'Grandpa' to his grandchildren Charity & Kelly of PA, Stephen & Courtney of TX, April of TX, Jaime of KS, Aaron of CA; and Great Grandpa to Grace, Katy & Luke, Jared & Jace, Rafe & Case.

He was raised in the Wichita – Benton, Kansas area. He served in the U.S. Marines and was a World War II Veteran. Lee worked Cudahy Meat Packing Plant in the engine room until he retired. He also worked at the Kechi Township also serving on the Kechi Township Cemetery Board for many years. He was Virginia's 'body guard' and driver for real estate, a farmer and always a Marine "Semper fi". We will all miss him and those memories of family growing up on the farm, 4-H and traveling to visit family.
