LAVONA KAY (RIGGS) MARSH, 71, passed away Monday, January 18, 2016. She was born in Caldwell, Kansas to Laurence R. and Wanda Junerose (Cox) Riggs. She worked as Customer Support for the Internal Revenue Service. LaVona is survived by her children LaQuita (Todd) Harris of Newkirk, Oklahoma and Doug Marsh of Wichita; grandchildren Justin Marsh, Krista Marsh and Marshall Harris; brother Larry Riggs of Arkansas City; sister Connie (Ronald) Ogletree of Derby; sister-in-law Nola Riggs of Arkansas City; many other family and friends.
